About Shoreham Driving School
Hi my name is Kevin. I have been a Driving Instructor since 2012.
I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
I am registered with the Driving Standards Agency (DVSA) and have been CRB checked.
I am friendly, calm, patient and very good with nervous students.
I have an excellent pass rate and am very flexible for your individual needs. I have a Ford Fiesta and am based in Shoreham-by-Sea.

Although my objective is to help you pass your driving test the main aim is to teach you to drive safely for life.

Hove, Portslade, Southwick, Shoreham-by-Sea, Steyning, Lancing, Sompting and surrounding areas.

Terms and Conditions
All trainees must be in possession of a signed provisional driving license on commencement of training and must satisfy the eyesight requirement and be fit to drive.
Failure to comply to any above will result in the lesson being terminated and may incur a lesson fee being charge at the standard hourly rate.
Payments:
The school reserves the right to charge for any training not cancelled at least 48 hours before the date booked. Payment for training must be made in advance. Prepayments are refundable only if the amount of hours prepaid do not exceed twelve months from purchase date. No refund will be given to prepaid hours not taken that exceed twelve months.
The Driving Instructor:
Is a self employed independent driving instructor and all lessons booked with him through Shoreham Driving School constitute an agreement between the instructor and the pupil.
Lesson Cancellation:
Must be made 48 hours before time of the lesson or the normal lesson fee will be charged, unless a doctor certificate can be produced. The instructor reserves the right to cancel at short notice if it is suspected that the pupil may be unfit to drive due to the effects of alcohol, drugs (prescribed or otherwise) or any other condition that would cause his/her driving to be illegal. In such circumstances the lesson fee will be payable. Your instructor reserves the right to postpone lessons in certain circumstances i.e dangerous weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or illness. In the event of postponement, fees paid in advance will be carried.
At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or the lesson fee will still be charged or if paying upfront a deduction from the block booking.
At least 28 days notice to cancel or rearrange an intensive course must be given.
Failure to give this notice will result in a valid claim for an equivalent value in compensation.
Official Driving Test:
The instructor reserves the right to withhold the car from use on a test if the pupil is driving in an a manor that the instructor deems unsafe to their car and the interest of Public Safety.
While your instructor will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for test will be fully road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test, he cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during test and is not liable for consequential loss. Your instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by DSA due to bad weather, sickness staff shortages or other reasons. Such cancellations are beyond the control of your instructor.
